Shipping:
At Top King Boxing USA, customers have the flexibility to select their preferred shipping method during checkout, with shipping costs automatically calculated based on their choice, along with an estimated delivery date. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes levied by their local customs authorities
Products in stock are shipped within 1 to 3 Business Days from our US based warehouse in California. Depending on your location in the US we use the mailing service of DHL, UPS and USPS.
Tracking Your Order:

Refund Policy:

Exchange and Return condition:
We offer a generous window of 30 days from the date of purchase for returns and exchanges, giving you the confidence to shop with peace of mind.
Product Condition:
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that items not meeting these conditions will NOT be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, including personal items (e.g., hand wraps, groin protectors, mouthguards), are non-returnable unless unopen. Also items which do not have the original tag or has been used will not be returned. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers.
Sale Items:
Products purchased during certain sales or pre-order periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you'd like to confirm whether a sale product is eligible for a return or refund please email us on sales@topkingboxingusa.com.
Refunds and Store Credit:
Top King Boxing USA retains the discretion to issue refunds in the original form of payment or as store credit, tailoring our approach to best suit your needs. However, please be aware that items purchased during sales or pre-order periods are not eligible for refunds, in alignment with our commitment to fairness and customer satisfaction.
