Shipping:

At Top King Boxing USA, orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Saturday) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for in-stock products to ship from our U.S.-based warehouse in California.

Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the order total exceeds $170, in which case Free Shipping is available. The chosen shipping method will automatically calculate estimated delivery dates based on the selected carrier. Please note that Top King Boxing USA is not responsible for adherence to the estimated delivery dates. If you encounter any issues with your package, please contact us at customerservice@topkingboxingusa.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Depending on your location in the U.S., we use DHL, UPS, and USPS for delivery.

Tracking Your Order:

For your convenience, a tracking number will be emailed once your order has been fulfilled. If you did not provide an email address, we will be unable to send this information. If you require your tracking number, please contact customerservice@topkingboxingusa.com to obtain your tracking number.

Customers can track their order using the "Track Your Order" link located in the footer of every page on the Top King Boxing USA website or through the Shop Pay app.

Refund Policy: 

At Top King Boxing USA, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. Our brand is known for its premium quality gear with its expert craftmanship with quality materials. Our commitment to excellence in combat sports equipment and apparel is what we strive for. To support this commitment, we've established a straightforward and equitable return and exchange policy.

Exchange & Return condition: 

We offer a 30-day return/exchange window from the delivery date (not the purchase date), giving you the confidence to shop with peace of mind.

Product Condition:

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, including personal items (e.g., hand wraps, groin protectors, mouthguards), are non-returnable unless unopen. Also items which do not have the original tag or has been used will not be returned. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers.

Clearance Items:

Products purchased during certain sales or pre-order periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you'd like to confirm whether a sale product is eligible for a return or refund please email us on sales@topkingboxingusa.com. 

Refunds and Store Credit:

Top King Boxing USA retains the discretion to issue refunds in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will not be granted for items that are not returned or that do not meet the return conditions outlined below.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our customer service team to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of our terms of service. If a customer keeps the product and disputes the charge through their bank, we reserve the right to pursue reimbursement through collections or legal means.

How to Return:

If your item meets the return conditions, please email returns@topkingboxingusa.com to request return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: We do not accept responsibility in the following cases:

• If the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.

• If tracking status shows the package was delivered by the carrier. However, contact us via email as we may be able to provide a replacement depending on the scenario.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit before it is confirmed delivered by the carrier (from the post office to your delivery address), we will replace your order at no additional cost. Please contact us at customerservice@topkingboxingusa.com so we can assist you right away.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Top King Boxing USA cannot take responsibility for stolen or misplaced packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.

However, we understand these situations can be frustrating. If your package goes missing after delivery, please reach out to us at sales@topkingboxingusa.com. While we cannot guarantee a replacement in every case, we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

Since Muay Thai shorts are made from lightweight materials, proper washing and drying will keep them in top shape.

✔ Hand Wash or Gentle Machine Wash – Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.

✔ Turn Inside Out Before Washing – This helps preserve any embroidery or printed designs.

✔ Air Dry Only – Avoid putting shorts in the dryer, as heat can damage the fabric and shrink the shorts.

✔ Avoid Fabric Softeners – They can break down the material and reduce durability over time.

✔ Do Not Leave in Gym Bag – Always remove your shorts from your gym bag after training to prevent mold and odor buildup.

✔ Do Not Iron on Print – Direct heat can damage logos or printed designs; if necessary, iron on low heat while avoiding printed areas.
