Shipping:

At Top King Boxing USA, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible:

  • Same-day shipping on orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Sat)
  • Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays ship the next business day
  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $190
  • In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from our California warehouse
  • Customers can chose the shipping carrier at checkout (we use UPS, USPS, and DHL).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 
  • Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates - delays by the carrier are outside of our control.
  • We cannot accept responsibility if an incorrect shipping address was provided. However we may be able to assist further. 
  • If tracking status shows the package was delivered by the carrier, the order is considered complete. However please contact us as we may be able to help with a replacement depending on the situation. Please note: we reserve the right to decline a replacement.

Tracking Your Order:

For your convenience, a tracking number will be emailed once your order has been fulfilled. If you did not provide an email address, we will be unable to automatically send this information. In the case please email us on sales@topkingboxingusa.com an we'll be able to provide it to you. 

Alternative ways to track your order: 

  • Use “My Account / Track My Order” on Our Website
    • In the 'MORE' menu in the header, select “My Account / Track My Order.”
    • You’ll also find these links in the footer of every page.
    • Enter the same email address you used at checkout.
    • A one-time verification code will be sent to your email — enter this code to log in securely.
    • Once logged in, you can view your order history, current order status, and tracking details.
  • Track with the Shop App (optional)
    • Download the free Shop App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
    • Sign in with the same email you used for your order.
    • The app will automatically pull in your tracking info and give you real-time delivery updates.

Exchange & Return condition: 

We offer a 30-day return/exchange window from the delivery date giving you the confidence to shop with peace of mind.

Please note: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our customer service team to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of our terms of service. If a customer keeps the product and disputes the charge through their bank, we reserve the right to pursue reimbursement through collections or legal means.

How to Return or Exchange a product:

To initiate a return or exchange please email returns@topkingboxingusa.com to request return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

For Exchanged products, we’ll ship the replacement item FREE of charge and cover the cost of sending it back.

You’re welcome to use your own carrier for the return. However, we can also provide you with a prepaid return label at our heavily discounted shipping rates. Because we receive lower shipping costs, this is usually the most cost-effective option for our customers. The label fee can be conveniently deducted from your refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit before it’s marked as delivered by the carrier, we’ll replace your order at no cost. Please contact sales@topkingboxingusa.com and our team will assist right away.

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we may replace your item depending on the situation. While Top King Boxing USA isn’t responsible for packages once they’ve been marked as delivered, we always do our best to help and will review each case individually to find a fair solution. Please note: we’re not obligated to replace lost or stolen packages, we do our best to help whenever possible and assess each case carefully.

If your order appears missing after delivery, please reach out to sales@topkingboxingusa.com we’ll do what we can to make things right.

Refunds and Store Credit:

Top King Boxing USA retains the discretion to issue refunds in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will not be granted for items that are not returned or that do not meet the return conditions outlined below.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned — including hand wraps, groin protectors, and mouthguards, unless they are unopened and unused.

Additionally, items that no longer have their original tags or show signs of use cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Please note: custom orders and clearance items are also non-returnable and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Machine Wash Cold with Similar Colors – Use cold water and a mild detergent to prevent fading and fabric wear.

Turn Inside Out Before Washing – This helps protect printed designs and embroidery from damage.

Tumble Dry on Low or Air Dry – High heat can cause shrinkage, so use a low setting in the dryer or let it air dry.

Avoid Bleach and Harsh Detergents – These can weaken the fabric and fade colors over time.

Do Not Iron on Print – Direct heat can damage logos or printed designs; if necessary, iron on low heat while avoiding printed areas.

Do Not Leave Damp in a Gym Bag – Always remove and dry your t-shirt promptly to prevent odor and mildew buildup.
