Jacob's journey into the world of martial arts began by entering the Kickboxing scene at a young age, where he exhibited a passion for the sport. His early years saw him clinching several Kickboxing and K1 titles, honing his skills in the process. Eager to further develop his stand-up abilities, Jacob embarked on a transformative journey to Thailand, where he trained and fought. His stand-up record currently stands at an impressive 23-4 in Kickboxing, K1, and Muay Thai, including 8 knockouts. In 2016, Jacob made the bold decision to relocate to the United States, seeking new challenges and opportunities to elevate his game, ultimately transitioning to MMA. Under the expert guidance of renowned coach Rafael Cordeiro, he further honed his skills and diversified his arsenal, seamlessly entering the world of mixed martial arts and competing in renowned promotions like Bellator and LFA. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt, Jacob possesses a well-rounded skill set, but is better known for his hard kicks from his established stand-up career. It was his exciting style and drive to stand and trade that caught Top King Boxing’s attention, leading to our eagerness to partner with Miguel Jacob.
